Tracy Usner Lucas

Tracy was licensed in 2010 in Louisiana and 2017 in North Carolina. Tracy has over 25 years of experience in project programming, design and production of Construction Documents, consultant coordination, existing conditions documentation, material research, quality control and Construction Administration. Experience includes obtaining construction permits and coordination with State Fire Marshal and local municipalities.  Tracy works with developers, contractors and property managers to develop projects to meet long term ownership expectations and minimize future maintenance costs.  She coordinates with local project representatives and out of state teams on a regular basis to bring focus and single-point responsibility to project execution.

During her free time Tracy enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing on the beach and creating in her art studio (link below)!
