Adaptive Reuse of the historic Pierre A. Capdau School in Edgewood Park, New Orleans into affordable senior housing. The Beaux Arts- style school building was originally designed by E.A. Christy , built in 1922 and sits on a two-acre parcel. In 2012, the New Orleans Parish School Board shuttered and auctioned the building. The complex now has 80 units total. The project achieved National Green Building Standard: BRONZE.
